There’s an “About Me” page.
Why not create an “About You” page?
I find it incredibly interesting that people READ blogs. I often wonder “About You”. I had such fun writing “About Me” — I thought that you might like to have some fun and write “About You”.

ABOUT ME:
I love people.
I don’t deal with depressing people very well.
I am old, love the wisdom that comes with age – don’t love the wrinkles.
I am friendly.
I am helpful.
I always speak my mind — this gets me in trouble sometimes, oh well!
I love growing flowers and working in my flower garden – - it gives me peace.
I am slow and don’t always get the joke.
I am bossy.
I love the Lord and sharing him with those that don’t know him.
I love to laugh.
I would love to independently wealthy – - there are a gazillion things I want to do but can’t because I have to work for a living.
I love spending time with my husband.

I am a happily married, father of soon-to-be two.
I get jealous, unnecessarily… but I’m working on it.
I have a lot of pride… also as a result of insecurity, I think… but I’m working on that too.
I absolutely love life… not just the mountain climbing/snorkeling with alien sharks aspects… but the mundane, ant-in-an-ant-hill-going-to-the-grocery-store aspects.

My life is way to boring to be writing about….someday something wild is going to happen to me and I’ll write it down in here.
Blake did place some KFC on the front porch one summer night, and left the storm-door open, a couple hours later we had us a little raccoon running around the house.

I have written for years and always feared to let it be seen. I preferred to avoid the pain of having work rejected at the expense of the pleasure of obeying my call.
That’s not a comfortable way to live.
Then one day I couldn’t take it anymore and I finally finished something. Then I finished another.
I decided to tell Brad about it. And he and you inspired me.
Thank you.

John, writing is the easy part. Being vulnerable with what you write down…not so easy. Thanks for being part of the writing journey with me. Love ya, buddy.
